Our services are intended for individuals seeking help with CVs, job applications, LinkedIn profiles, and related career materials.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services from us, or have the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian if permitted by law.

4. No guarantee of interviews or job offers

We aim to provide high-quality, professionally written, role-targeted documents and services. However, we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, recruiter responses, salary outcomes, or any particular hiring result.

Hiring outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, employer decisions, your experience, interview performance, and the roles you apply for.

5. How a contract is formed

A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm that we will provide the service. This may happen when:

  • you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation;

  • you pay an invoice and we confirm acceptance;

  • you book and pay for a service through the website; or

  • we confirm by email that we are starting work on your requested service.

If we cannot accept your order, we will let you know and will not charge you for the service, or we will refund any amount already paid.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Prices, package contents, and optional extras are set out on our website or in writing before you buy. UK online selling rules require traders to provide the price including taxes, payment information, and contract-ending conditions before the order is placed.

Payment must be made in full in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If you choose a booked consultation or appointment-based service, your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

7. What you must provide

To help us deliver the service, you must provide accurate and complete information, which may include:

  • your current CV;

  • career history;

  • target job description or role type;

  • relevant achievements, qualifications, and dates;

  • supporting documents or links you want us to use.

You are responsible for checking that the information you provide is accurate and for reviewing the final documents before using them.

We are not responsible for errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or outdated information supplied by you.

8. Turnaround times

Estimated turnaround times are shown on our website or confirmed by email.

Turnaround times begin once:

  • payment has cleared; and

  • we have received all required information and documents.

If information is missing, delayed, or incomplete, turnaround times may be extended.

Any turnaround time we provide is an estimate unless we explicitly agree a fixed deadline in writing.

9. Delivery

Unless stated otherwise, final documents are normally delivered electronically in:

  • editable Word format (.docx); and

  • PDF format.

We may also provide supporting notes, revision comments, or other agreed materials depending on the service purchased.

You are responsible for downloading and saving your files after delivery.

10. Revisions

Revision details for each purchase will be highlighted in the details of each package.

A revision means reasonable amendments based on the original brief, such as:

  • correcting factual details;

  • refining wording;

  • adjusting emphasis for the agreed target role;

  • improving clarity within the agreed scope.

Revisions do not include:

  • a full re-brief;

  • a new target role materially different from the original one;

  • substantial new information supplied after delivery;

  • a full rewrite beyond the purchased service.

Additional revisions or major changes may be charged separately.

If you are a consumer buying services online you will have a cooling off period of 3 days

12. Cancellation after the cooling-off period

After the cooling-off period has ended, or where work has materially progressed at your request, cancellation is subject to the following:

  • if no work has started, we may offer a refund at our discretion;

  • if work has started, we may deduct a fair amount for work already carried out and costs reasonably incurred;

  • if the service has been completed, no refund will normally be due unless required by law.

13. If we need to cancel or refuse a service

We may refuse or cancel a service where:

  • you provide incomplete, false, unlawful, or inappropriate material;

  • the requested work falls outside our scope;

  • we believe we cannot deliver the service to an appropriate standard;

  • you behave abusively or unreasonably; or

  • we are prevented from performing the service due to events outside our reasonable control.

If we cancel before substantial work begins, we will refund any amount paid for the undelivered part of the service.

14. Standard of service and your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Under UK consumer law, services must be performed with reasonable care and skill, and consumer terms cannot lawfully take away those rights.

If we fail to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, you may have legal remedies under applicable consumer law.

18. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for:

  • losses that were not foreseeable;

  • business losses where you are using the service as a consumer;

  • loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you;

  • loss arising from third-party recruitment systems, employers, platforms, or service outages outside our control;

  • hiring or application outcomes, including interview or offer decisions.
